KNOW YOUR INNER EXPRESSION

Life is full of revelations that bring a breakthrough within us in form of realizations, understanding, and reasoning capability to be a better version of ourselves. By leaps and bounds, we tend to forget the very purpose of life to connect and express ourselves. Expressions are very much an integral essence of our existence and ourselves, but sometimes we tend to fail to express our true selves. Expressions are sufficiently grand enough to ground us and reorient us. Those who never lend a chance to express themselves eloquently have landed in an isolated, lonely, and anxious mindset. Being expressive helps us to connect and blend with everyone’s perspective in many situations. Profoundly knowing the relevance of expressions to live their purpose through people or situations is a debatable subject.

Every living soul can express their feelings or emotions in varied ways. Sky is the limit for anyone who intends to express themselves. Expressing ourselves sets us free from any bottling of emotions or feelings. One simply can clear the clutter of inner conflicts, doubts, and confused issues by expressing their mind. We all live our own expressions as a result of our own choice and truth.  Opening our mental realm in any form of expression socially, professionally, or personally, can assist an individual to glow their own unique light in the world. Time and time again, we have found expressions in numerous forms like written, verbal, creative as well as innovative forms. Nonetheless, for me, silence is a very strong form of expression that weighs greater significance in our lives. This one is stronger and speaks up about undeclared sentiments. Positioning out above the rest, prominent and famous personalities have chosen this weapon at times to stick with their extraordinary work to showcase their intentions in communities. Intentions to express set the purpose for a person or community. In Hindu scriptures, the word ‘bhava’ are inner thoughts that represent the divine essence or awakening of higher consciousness. In the Sanskrit language ‘bhava’ is associated with emotions that express feelings, sentiments, affinity, dedication, affection, and sincerity in a spiritual sense. Spiritually expressive minds seek transparency of blissful sensitivity as well as perceptiveness of divine light. In my view, any practice that enriches spiritually expressive minds to appreciate the goodness of life as it appears is a genuine discipline.

Being hard on yourself to be open and expressive will never lend you a hand to prosper in a meaningful way with one another in any society. Moreover, being reticent in ways to restrict your expression will accumulate inner clutter. The next step leads an individual to problems that trigger mental faculties.  Being expressive in nature is a healthy choice to participate, cooperate, and share ideas to build strong human bonds for better livelihood. Well-marked associations or organizations have adopted proactive expressive sessions for every team member to coordinate and collaborate to achieve the best possible results in projects undertaken. Renowned professionals in the management field have shown the advantages of emotional intelligence in managerial transactions. Emotional intelligence skill is vital to avoid any deviation, conflict, or discontent among productive employees of the firm. I strongly believe anyone who develops a type of emotional intelligence that fertilizes the professional as well as social structure will contribute positively to future advancing visions.

All individuals who tend to express themselves do have accountability for their thoughts, suggestions, or ideology that they aim to commonly advocate in any matter. If the matter stands for any public or large group of people, one needs to secure an even more tactful and analyzed approach before expressing the matter in a common forum. Any polemical statements about someone or something may defeat the purpose of expression shared by the individual. As we all may know little about things, it is better to research or educate ourselves on the relevant subject before expressing our thoughts in any form on social networking platforms or community. Given the consideration of the people involved, one should avoid acting impulsively, and spontaneously in any circumstances. Taking on a balanced and receptive mode of expressive approach bridges many individuals of different mind frames. By all means, the approach pulls out the tolerant and unifying dialogues as expressions for the higher good. While every single one in the group needs to extend their kindness, and acceptance toward others to find a ray of unity for common good. Everyone who plans to express themselves for a common goal should own level of sensitivity, and conscientiousness as a responsible citizen.

Almost every stage of any creative process demands rhetorical expression as intentionally serving the core purpose of the presentation. In my illustrative notion, the language of music is less significant, if the composer is successful in expressing his emotional and musical motives for listeners. Often my exploration of other artistic works and cultural backgrounds was through picking up the creative vision shared by the individuals involved in history. My learnings of art and culture specifically Indian classical dance forms and different classical music genres chained me to know the significance of expressions like the back of my hand. “Navarasa” (the nine emotions to express are stated in Indian art scriptures of Natyashastra) to communicate and translate the traditional significance and artistic piece with the audience at large is commonly used by performers in Indian performing forms like dance, music, poetry, etc.  Transitions of emotional and inner thoughts to serve the artistic presentation happened in many cultures and parts of the world. Among these modernist moments of expressionist artwork started in northern parts of Europe at the beginning of the 20th century in literature, painting, music, visual arts, architecture, etc. are evidence of emotional representation in artistic crafts. Rejection of the real-world and widening the prospects for emotional giveaways as an artistic license are shining promotions for creative beings. The implication that stands major ground in being expressive is not enough, being flexible in observing and listening to expressive schemes of any kind is the main crux in my viewpoint. Keep nourishing your knowing with numerous expressive practices that make one vibrant and attuned to everything and every happening.

Cultural, traditional, and political situations bought many emotionally expressive minds to live in this world. Any utilitarian, or political composition for moral expressions challenged the reconciliation of the concept of art for art’s sake. The objective behind expanding awareness to know our own expression to persuade its purposeful riches is a very important prompt in my writing. Owning your expression will guide you to be more logical and dynamic in nature. Never attempt to pretend your inner expression for something that’s against your conscience and principles. Authentic expressions shape you to be the authentic you. Being you is a beautiful truth, that anyone can sense in living.

Commonly expressing minds succeed in various careers, social communities, and personal fronts that lead to endless possibilities of beautiful expressions. The radiance of naturalism, imagination, emotions, and responses aroused by one’s inner state is over the moon in the modern creative world to achieve new heights. Oneness will be the highest achievement if human souls use love and inner light as powerful expressions to support and build strong relationships. People simply need to be expressive to show their presence with other beings to share and care. Set an intention for expressing through your exclusive experiences, knowledge, emotions, and characteristics to be your authentic self.  Be expressive, but know your inner expression, my friends.
