GENERAL TERMS OF AGREEMENT

To qualify for our services, it is essential you have a fully completed draft manuscript in accordance to our terms and conditions.  You are only authorised to sell your book through the KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing) platform via our services.  Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd are not responsible for any extenuating sales or promotions thereafter.

ORDER REQUIREMENTS

All publishing deadlines will be agreed at the time of consultation, please note all payments are to be paid in full, at least seven days prior to manuscripts being published, failure to receive payments in full as specified may result in your publication being delayed, not published and may incur a ban from the KDP platform for up to twelve months.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We accept PayPal, Western Union and Bank Direct Transfer payments only.

100% of the services received must be pre-paid prior to publishing services rendered.  We can accept payment terms to be determined at the discretion of Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd exclusively, please inquire for more information.

We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time, unless previously invoiced.

DELIVERY AND HANDLING

Delivery is typically within four to seven days of publication.  If your manuscript is delayed or interrupted during the writing process, you agree to contact Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd within 24 hours of the date expected. 

Any problems must be reported in writing or by email, including photographic evidence.

Refunds are not permissible, owing to services previously completed and are only considered on the basis that services have not been previously rendered, and are solely the responsibility of Beauty of the Beast Publishing Ltd.  Any requests for payments without written consent will not be credited to your account.

PRICING POLICY

Prices are agreed prior to services rendered in accordance with our current pricing policy structure, and may be subject to change at the discretion of Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd.  The pricing structure may vary and is exclusive of VAT.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All designs, products and services within and any associated materials made available on our platforms are the sole property of Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd.  The website, designs, products, images and content within are protected by copyright and intellectual property law and may not be reproduced in any form, without express written consent of Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd.  You hereby agree not to reprint, post or copy (including electronic or digital scans) any photography, sales materials or products designs without the advance, express written consent of Beauty and the Beast Publishing Ltd.
